If you are unsure what size to purchase we have a size guide available on the site which provides our standard sizing. Click on the size guide in the footer or on each product listings page to find a guide on how each style fits which can help you to determine your correct size.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, AfterPay, ZipPay and LayBuy. Should you choose to use Paypal, you will need to have an account set up with them. If you wish to use Klarna, AfterPay, ZipPay or LayBuy you will be directed to their website to set up a payment plan, once that is set up, you will be redirected back to the We Are Kindred website to finalise your purchase.
Kindred ships to multiple countries all over the world, however we are currently unable to ship to Russia. If you have any questions at all, please send an email to hello@wearekindred.com.au and we will work out how to get your parcel to you.
All prices shown online are changed in AUD$. At this time we are unable to charge in different currencies.
Yes. Simply provide this information as your shipping address.
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Yes, you can purchase gift cards online. Simply purchase like any other item available on our site. If you wish to purchase a gift card for a certain amount, simply get in contact with us at hello@wearekindred.com.au.
Yes, you can redeem your gift card online. To redeem your gift card, simply enter the unique code you have been provided with at the checkout. If you have any troubles, please contact us at hello@wearekindred.com.au
Delivery
Below are some common questions about shipping
We have a several options to choose from for shipping for both domestic and international orders.
DOMESTIC
Standard shipping via Australia Post is Free for all orders over $99 and $9.95 for orders under $99. Up to 3-5 working days Australia wide except for WA which could be up to 5-7 working days.
Express shipping via Australia Post is a flat fee of $12.95. Up to 1-3 working days Australia wide except for WA which could be up to 3-5 working days.
Same day delivery via Courier is a flat fee of $18.95 in the Sydney Metro area.
INTERNATIONAL
Different rates apply to different locations.
Customs and duties may apply to international orders, We Are Kindred can not advise how much these charges will be or be responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs department for how much customs and duty taxes may be.
All goods purchased on wearekindred.com.au will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address.Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

This shipping option is now available for all orders placed before 11am Monday- Friday. Please note: Same day deliveries cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Parcelpoint locations.

Online Returns and Exchanges
Below are some common questions about our Returns and Exchanges Policy
To process a return or exchange please follow the below steps
1. Login using your email address and order ID here
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
3. Follow the prompts to select return shipping method.
4. Follow the return instructions received by email following return request has been processed.
5. Please return your parcel to the below address via your choice of postal service, we recommend using a trackable option.
Please note We Are Kindred does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend returning your order via Australia Post with tracking or Sendle.
We are passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a full priced item purchased on wearekindred.com.au, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
- Full priced item
- Proof of purchase provided
- Tags attached
- Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
- Sale items are not eligible for return- sale items are only eligible for exchange of size or credit note
OUTLET purchases
1. Please note that all OUTLET sales are final so please choose carefully.
2. OUTLET purchases are NOT eligible for return, exchange or credit note, unless faulty.
3. Shipping rates apply to all OUTLET sales (Australia Post standard and Express Post options available)
We Are Kindred does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by a We Are Kindred representative.

Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of We Are Kindred receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: We Are Kindred cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes. Should a faster refund be required, we recommend visiting the We Are Kindred Store.
We Are Kindred offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability.
These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address. A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by a We Are Kindred Representative.
All items on sale are not eligible for refund, however we are happy to offer an exchange of size or style should the item be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and meet the following requirements:
- Proof of purchase provided
- Tags attached
- Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
All exchanges on Sale need to be pre-approved by We Are Kindred, the best way to do this is by emailing hello@wearekindred.com.aufor pre approval and confirmation that the desired exchange item is available.
Should the item requested for exchange be the same value as that of the product being returned, no additional payment will be required and the exchange item will be dispatched free of charge.
Should the item requested for exchange be different value as that of the product being returned, one of two scenarios will occur:
1. A variance where payment is owed to the customer will be refunded as per the original order payment method.
2. A variance where payment is owed to We Are Kindred, a Customer Service Representative will contact the customer prior to processing and dispatch to take additional payment.
