Which size should I choose?

If you are unsure what size to purchase we have a size guide available on the site which provides our standard sizing. Click on the size guide in the footer or on each product listings page to find a guide on how each style fits which can help you to determine your correct size.

What payment methods does We Are Kindred accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal and AfterPay. Should you choose to use Paypal, you will need to have an account set up with them. If you wish to use AfterPay, you will be directed to their website to set up a payment plan, once that is set up, you will be redirected back to the We Are Kindred website to finalise your purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Taiwain, England, Ireland, Wales, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Turkey, Lebanon. If you are from a country not listed please send an email to customercare@wearekindred.com.au and we will work out how to get your parcel to you.

What currency is used on the website?

All prices shown online are changed in AUD$. At this time we are unable to charge in different currencies.

Does We Are Kindred ship to Post Office boxes?

Yes. Simply provide this information as your shipping address.

Does We Are Kindred ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes, you can purchase gift cards online. Simply purchase like any other item available on our site. If you wish to purchase a gift card for a certain amount, simply get in contact with us at hello@wearekindred.com.au.

Can I redeem my gift card online?

Yes, you can redeem your gift card online. To redeem your gift card, simply enter the unique code you have been provided with at the checkout. If you have any troubles, please contact us at customercare@wearekindred.com.au

Delivery

Postage Charges

We have a several options to choose from for shipping for both domestic and international orders.
DOMESTIC
Standard shipping via Australia Post is $7.50.

Express shipping via Australia Post is a flat fee of $12.50.

INTERNATIONAL
Different rates apply to different locations, however we offer a flat fee of $30 for standard shipping.
Customs and duties may apply to international orders, We Are Kindred can not advise how much these charges will be or be responsible for these charges.

Delivery Timeframes

All goods purchased on wearekindred.com.au will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address.

Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

 

 

Online Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return or Exchange Requirements

We are passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a full priced item purchased on wearekindred.com.au, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

  • Full priced item 
  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Tags attached
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
  • Returns Form filled out and enclosed in returns package
     (This form is enclosed in your original order, if this was not included in your parcel or you have misplaced it, you can download the form here.)
  • Sale items are not eligible for return- sale items are only eligible for exchange of size or credit note 

 

Postage of Exchange or Refund

We Are Kindred does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by a We Are Kindred representative.

Refund Payments

Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of We Are Kindred receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: We Are Kindred cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes. Should a faster refund be required, we recommend visiting the We Are Kindred Store.

Exchanges or Replacements

We Are Kindred offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability.
These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address. A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by a We Are Kindred Representative.

Sale Items

All items on sale are not eligible for refund, however we are happy to offer an exchange of size or style should the item be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and meet the following requirements:

    • Proof of purchase provided
    • Tags attached
    • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
    • Returns Form enclosed in returns package
        (This form is enclosed in your original order.)

All exchanges on Sale need to be pre-approved by We Are Kindred, the best way to do this is by emailing customercare@wearekindred.com.au for pre approval and confirmation that the desired exchange item is available.

Same Value Exchange

Should the item requested for exchange be the same value as that of the product being returned, no additional payment will be required and the exchange item will be dispatched free of charge.

Different Value Exchange

Should the item requested for exchange be different value as that of the product being returned, one of two scenarios will occur:

  1. A variance where payment is owed to the customer will be refunded as per the original order payment method.
  2. A variance where payment is owed to We Are Kindred, a Customer Service Representative will contact the customer prior to processing and dispatch to take additional payment.

 

Online Return or Exchange – In Store Processing

Please note this policy is only applicable to NSW customers at the following location. At this point in time, refunds are only available in store. Exchanges are not available at this time due to limited stock available on hand in store.
